Most approaches work on one level.

Therapy works with thought and history. Meditation trains attention. Yoga moves the body. Coaching reshapes behaviour.

Each is one valuable, but none of them is complete on their own.

The Field Within is built across three levels — body, mind, and something wider — so the shift actually holds.

Working with breath and attention, something in you starts to reorganize. The third level is what happens when both settle at once — a kind of coherence that's hard to manufacture and easy to recognize when it arrives.

Hey, I'm Hanna

I spent over two decades in roles where the pressure was real and the stakes were high — field operations, senior advisory, and management, largely with the UN.

I did not hit a wall. The shift happened differently, while I was still fully in it. I started accessing states I didn't have a name for — a quality of perception and clarity that was different in kind, not just degree. A different way of functioning that I couldn't unfind.

It led me into years of in-person study with traditional practitioners across cultures — people working with attention, breath, and the body in ways that had nothing to do with productivity culture and everything to do with how humans actually regulate under sustained pressure.

Over the past years, I've accompanied over hundred people back to a clearer, steadier place under uncertainty and pressure by helping them shift the ground they're standing on.

The Field Within is built for people who are already performing well but sense there's a different quality of clarity and presence available — one that doesn't come from thinking harder or pushing more.

Is the workshop free?

Yes. This introductory session is offered free of charge.

Is this a sales event?

No. The workshop is designed to give you a real experience of the approach.
At the end, I’ll briefly share how to continue for those who are interested.

Do I need prior experience?

No. The practices are simple and guided.
What matters is your openness to explore attention through body and direct experience.

What if I am not sure if it is the right fit for me?

That’s completely fine.
You can join, experience it, and decide afterwards.

Will anything intense happen during the session?

No. The session is grounded and accessible.
It combines simple guided practices with some theory., so participants can understand how this relates to clarity, perception and everyday life.

Do I need anything special for the session?

No preparation is needed. You can join from anywhere.

If possible, choose a quiet space so you can engage fully.

Do I get access to the workshop recording?

Yes. Those who register will receive a recording, available for 48 hours after the session, including if you’re unable to attend live.

Participants are not visible in the recording.
