I spent more than 20 years working in international humanitarian and diplomatic environments, including senior UN roles in high-pressure contexts.

In those environments, you see it clearly: under sustained pressure, clarity drops and uncertainty is harder to handle. Not because people aren’t capable, but because thinking alone can't carry everything.

I also understood that how we perceive and respond to reality is not fixed. As my own experience began to shift, this became something lived, not only learned. To explore this further, I trained directly with traditional practitioners across cultures.

From this emerged The Field Within: a structured approach to restoring clarity and steadiness under pressure.
