I spent over two decades in roles where the pressure was real and the stakes were high — field operations, senior advisory, and management, largely with the UN.
I did not hit a wall. The shift happened differently, while I was still fully in it. I started accessing states I didn't have a name for — a quality of perception and clarity that was different in kind, not just degree. A different way of functioning that I couldn't unfind.
It led me into years of in-person study with traditional practitioners across cultures — people working with attention, breath, and the body in ways that had nothing to do with productivity culture and everything to do with how humans actually regulate under sustained pressure.
Over the past years, I've accompanied over hundred people back to a clearer, steadier place under uncertainty and pressure by helping them shift the ground they're standing on.
The Field Within is built for people who are already performing well but sense there's a different quality of clarity and presence available — one that doesn't come from thinking harder or pushing more.
